An intriguing contest between two sides struggling for form takes place on Monday as Superlig action returns following the two-week international hiatus.

Hosts Trabzonspor return to action after losing each of their last three matches, including a 3:1 defeat at Rizespor a fortnight ago. While only appointed in September, the pressure is already mounting on head coach Şenol üneş after previous defeats against Göztepe and Fenerbahce over the past month.

Defensively vulnerable, Trabzonspor leaked eight goals in those three recent defeats while they have kept only two clean sheets in their last nine league outings. As a consequence, BTTS has been a frequent occurrence, with five of their six most recent matches seeing that outcome. Trabzon also saw BTTS in five of their last six home fixtures.

Visiting Adana Demirspor make the trip to Trabzon still searching for their first win of the season. Eleven games into the campaign, Serkan Damla´s side have picked up just two points, and already find themselves ten points short of safety.

Despite their miserable form, the away side can usually be relied upon to score on their travels. Adana scored at least one goal in eight of their last ten road games, with seven of those also seeing BTTS.

With both teams defensively vulnerable, and short in form, we should expect chances at both ends and a strong likelihood of both teams scoring. 

BTTS is my top choice in a game that Trabsonspor should have enough quality to get back to winning ways.
