On Monday evening, Sirius and Norrkoping will face off in the tenth round of the Swedish Allsvenskan at Studenternas IP in Uppsala.

Sirius are playing their ninth consecutive season in the Allsvenskan, where they have been mostly a mid-table team, not really too close to being relegated. Unfortunately for the blue-black, the start of this season has been a disaster as they are sitting in 14th place with nine points in nine matches. Still, the difference between seventh and 14th place is only two points, and a potential win would probably move them towards the middle of the league's table.

Norrkoping, a 13-time Swedish champion, had a rough few seasons behind them, finishing between ninth and 12th place during that stretch. To be fair, with the state of the club right now, no one really expected a title, but battling for European spots was expected. Unfortunately, they haven't come close to it. This year, they had a good run in the Svenska Cupen, reaching the Semi-Finals where they eventually lost to Hacken. But in the Allsvenskan, "Comrades" only won ten points in nine rounds and are in 10th place, but just one point more than Sirius, which are in the relegation playout spot.

Sirius vs Norrkoping pick: Under 3.5 goals

Sirius haven't been great offensively, scoring only 12 goals in nine rounds - 1.33 per game. Interestingly, they scored most of their goals away from home. At Studenternas IP Stadium, they only averaged 0.75 scored goals per game. Mostly due to a poor offense, they went under this line in all four matches and were under 2.5 goals in three of those last four.

Norrkoping are in bad form, having won one point in the last three games and scoring just two goals. So, even though they had some good offensive games, most of them happened at the start of the season. Now, they are in terrible momentum, and we do not believe they can offer a good offensive performance on the road.

Both teams are in pretty poor momentum and considering all the above, we believe that an under 3.5 goals bet should be the best option for this Allsvenskan tie.
