Many expect India to become, in one moment, a football superpower, but we are still far from that. Right now, the most populous country in the world is not competitive, even at the Asian level. Mauritius are not playing well, as they were on the run of six games without a victory until their last match when Moullec's team won 2-1 at home against Eswatini. The teams were pretty even in that match, but Mauritius' efficiency decided the winner.
