With every week, we are one step closer to the Champions League group phase. Latvian RFS and Norwegian Bodo/Glimt are one of the teams fighting for the spot. Last Tuesday, the teams met in Bodo, and the home team won dominantly 4-0, so they are very close to securing progress to the next phase. RFS will unlikely beat Bodo/Glimt in the Champions League qualification matchup, but at least they are doing great in the Latvian Virsliga this season. They have a seven-point advantage on the table ahead of the next on the table, Riga FC, so RFS are likely close to winning another title in the domestic championship. Viktors Morozs' team is on a great run as they won eight of the previous nine matches in all competitions. They are unlikely to progress to the next Champions League qualification phase, but they will certainly do everything to try to make a miracle. 

Bodo/Glimt never appeared in the Champions League group phase, and they certainly hope that this is the year to debut in the elite competition. In the domestic Eliteserien, Kjetil Knutsen's team is first on the table with seven points more than the next on the table, Brann. Bodo/Glimt are in good form, too, as they lost only one of the last nine matches. In the previous game, they unexpectedly played 1-1 on the road against KFUM Oslo.
