Puskas FC will be confident of securing their place in the final qualification round after claiming a fine 1:0 win in Armenia last week. Mikael Soisalo´s 89th minute goal proved the difference as the Hungarians claimed a third successive away victory. 

Zsolt Hornyák´s in-form side have made a perfect start to their season, securing six successive victories over the past month, including an impressive 6:0 aggregate victory against Ukranians Dnipro-1. 

Particularly strong in Felcsút, the Hungarians have won each of their last six home fixtures, netting an impressive 21 goals in the process. Hornyák´s side claimed a 3:1 win against Nyíregyháza Spartacus in the Hungarian top flight in their most recent runout.

Ararat make the trip to Hungary having also enjoyed an excellent run of form prior to last week´s narrow first-leg defeat in Armenia. Vardan Minasyan´s men had won each of their four previous fixtures, while losing only one of their previous 16 games since March. 

The Armenians secured their place in this tie with an impressive 6:1 aggregate victory against Zimbru earlier this month, but must now come from behind if they are to secure a playoff spot on Thursday.

Another tight contest seems likely, but I expect home advantage to prove crucial, with Puskas so strong in recent matches on their own soil. 

While it might not be easy, I'm backing the Hungarians to claim their place in the playoff round, with another narrow victory tipped at Puskás Akadémia Pancho Aréna.
