Yverdon Sport and FZ Zurich square-off in the final round of Super League fixtures with the home side still fighting to avoid relegation. 

Placed bottom of the table, the hosts come into Friday's fixture now winless in nine matches after a 2:2 draw against Winterthur on Saturday. Despite picking up just five points since their last win in March Paolo Tramezzani's side could yet escape relegation should results fall in their favour this weekend.
