Inter Miami return to Chase Stadium on Wednesday evening for an MLS contest as they host Columbus Crew in Florida.

Despite the absence of several key players, Inter Miami maintained their Eastern Conference form with a 2:1 win at Philadelphia last weekend. 

With Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez on international duty for the upcoming Copa America, the Herons were expected to struggle against the Union, but a late goal from Leonardo Afonso secured a sixth away win of the season.

Inter have enjoyed an excellent run of form in the past two months, scoring eight  victories and recording just one loss from their last 11 MLS matches. 

Sitting top of the Eastern Conference, Martino´s side do rely heavily on the brilliance of the aforementioned Messi and Suarez. Clean sheets have proven tough to come by, with only two kept in their last 16 MLS matches. 

Columbus make the trip to Florida in similarly strong form. The Crew won six and lost only two of their last ten fixtures. 

Away from home, Wilfried Nancy´s side have enjoyed a brilliant run over the past month with four successive MLS victories picked up on their travels. Columbus scored 11 goals in road victories at Montreal, Chicago, Orlando and New York City.

Like Miami, the visitors have also seen plenty of high-scoring matches in the MLS this season. Four of their five most recent MLS games saw BTTS and over 2.5 goals scored while three of their last four away matches also produced the same outcome. 

With both teams in good form and scoring plenty of goals, while also proving defensively vulnerable, a high-scoring outcome seems likely on Wednesday.

BTTS looks nailed on, while I also expect at least three goals scored at Chase Stadium.
