A low-scoring and tight contest could be on the cards when Cadiz hosts Malaga this weekend. 

Separated by just two points in the Segunda Division standings, Cadiz come into this fixture looking to bounce back from successive league defeats against Eldense and Huesca in the past fortnight. 

Since their relegation from the Spanish top flight, the hosts have struggled to find much winning form, with just victories picked up from eight games played. While still early in the campaign, Paco Lopez´s side find themselves just one point above the relegation zone. 

Held to draws in two of their three opening home fixtures this season, a lack of home victories has been a big issue for El Submarino Amarillo this year. Lopez´s men failed to win any nine of their last ten home fixtures.

Malaga come into Saturday's contest winless in their last three matches after a goalless draw against Deportivo la Coruna. 

A tough side to beat, the recently promoted visitors have picked up five draws from eight games played this season. Remarkably, Malaga have drawn each of their last six away fixtures since the start of June.

Given Cadiz´s shortage of wins, and Malaga´s recent drawing habit, another share of the points could be on the cards this weekend.
