Wales vs Poland Betting Tips - BTTS
Both nations secured their place in Tuesday's playoff final with commanding home victories on Saturday. Wales put in an impressive display to run out comfortable 4:1 winners against Finland with four different goalscorers securing a fine win for Robert Page´s side. The Dragons are now unbeaten in their last seven matches and in their last five fixtures played in Cardiff.
Poland also made light work of their semi-final opponents Estonia with an easy 5:1 win in Warsaw, a result that extends their unbeaten run to five matches. Michał Probierz´s side have won six and lost two of ten matches played in the last 12 months.
Ranked 29th and 30th in the FIFA rankings, this match represents a genuine 50/50 contest where both nations will feel confident of securing the win that takes them to this summers finals in Germany.
With home advantage, Wales probably have the edge in terms of favourite status and while I do fancy the hosts to win out on the night, BTTS looks the safest option for this huge fixture.
While likely to be a tense occasion, both teams have shown some defensive vulnerabilities in recent outings. Playing against ten men for much of Saturday's win against Estonia, Poland still conceded a late goal while they have conceded at least two goals in four of their last five away matches. Wales have also struggled for clean sheets with each of their last four fixtures seeing both teams score.
The H2H record does make worrying reading for Wales fans - Poland have won each of their last six matches against the Welsh including each of their last four matches in Cardiff. However, I expect the Welsh to be at their strongest on Tuesday and a compelling contest where both teams can score is to be expected.
BTTS is my top choice while I also fancy Wales to emerge victorious, although they might need extra-time or penalties to secure their place in Germany this summer.

Poland team news
Polish boss Michał Probierz will be forced into at least one change to his first XI on Tuesday. Przemyslaw Frankowski is expected to miss out after he was forced off at half-time against Estonia. Matty Cash is another likely absentee after he was withdrawn just ten minutes into his appearance at the weekend.
