The Somalia national team are one of the worst in the World, currently ranked #198 in the FIFA World Rankings. Those last places are mostly reserved for national teams from microstates, and even though Somalia have more than 18 million in population, they are constantly among the worst football teams in the World. Throughout their history, they have never qualified for any major tournaments, which seems unlikely to change soon. In fact, they have never gone past the preliminary round in any Qualifiers for major tournaments. 

Just like Somalia, Eswatini have never played in any major tournament. However, unlike their opponents, they rarely finished qualifiers in the preliminary rounds. In the last Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers (preliminary round), they faced Somalia and easily beat them on a 5:1 aggregate.

Somalia played five games last year and managed to win just one point while scoring just one goal - 0.2 per game. So, it is tough to expect a goal from them, especially since they will not have the home advantage and will play on a neutral pitch in the 1st leg. 

Eswatini weren't much better offensively lately. In the last five matches, they also scored only once, and because of that terrible offensive display, they were under 2.5 goals in four of those five matches. 

Both teams have been absolutely terrible in the previous matches. Considering all the above and both teams' terrible goal-scoring displays, we strongly believe we will have fewer than three goals in this match.
