Slovakia will look to maintain their positive momentum ahead of the European Championship as they host an inconsistent Wales at City Arena Trnava in Sunday's last tune-up match.
Slovakia vs Wales Betting Tips: UNDER 2.5
Although they had an easy fish to fry in their first warm-up match, the Falcons made the most of the opportunity to bolster their momentum ahead of what lies ahead, as they soared past San Marino in a comprehensive 4-0 victory at the neutral Wiener Nestadt.
The hammering of FIFA's lowest-ranked nation saw the Slovaks get back on the winning track after they slumped to a 0-2 loss to Austria and claim a 1-1 draw versus Norway in the March friendlies, while the weekend quest for a morale-boosting victory will be of paramount importance.
Francesco Calzona's troops, who will kick off their third consecutive EURO campaign on June 17 against Belgium, are hoping for a successful end to their preparations, but their recent history with Wales doesn't make for pleasant reading, as they haven't beaten them in any of the past four H2Hs (D1 L3).
Granted, the Slovaks will rightfully fancy their chances of toppling the Welsh, who put on a lifeless display in their first June friendly as they were held to a shameful goalless draw against Gibraltar, a team that had previously lost 14 matches on the bounce and conceded a staggering 50 goals without reply.
It seems that the Welsh still haven't quite gotten over the heart-wrenching penalty shootout loss to Poland at the end of March, which prevented them from reaching their third consecutive European Championship final, but the unfortunate draw with the minnows at least saw their unbeaten run stretch to nine matches in normal time (W4 D5).
Even they're going through torrid times, defeating the Dragons will be anything but a walk in the park, but we remain firmly convinced that the Slovaks will do enough to pick up a morale-boosting victory, albeit by a narrow margin. Otherwise, the Welsh side has been involved in low-scoring affairs on their travels recently, with each of their last six visits producing two goals or fewer. Plus, the most recent two encounters between these nations have seen fewer than 2.5 goals, which is another reason why we're taking this as the main bet.

Slovakia team news
Head coach Francesco Calzona might opt to field the same side that started in the 4-0 thrashing of minnows San Marino last time out.
Despite receiving a national team call-up for the June preparatory matches against San Marino and Wales, Slavia Prague defender Michal Tomic will definitely miss the EURO due to an unresolved muscle issue.
One of the mainstays of defense, David Hancko, who plays for the Dutch side AZ Alkmaar, was absent from Calzona's roster for the San Marino encounter, but is expected to make a cameo appearance from the bench in the final warm-up on Sunday.

Wales team news
Despite being a low-key friendly encounter, the goalless draw with the 203rd-ranked nation on FIFA's world ranking, Gibraltar, represents a significant setback for the Wales national team.
Even though Rob Page handed opportunities to some youngsters, the draw against a side that had previously conceded 50 goals in 14 appearances undoubtedly worsened the atmosphere in the camp, but now the 49-year-old coach is expected to reintroduce key players to the starting lineup.
Daniel James, Brennan Johnson, and Kieffer Moore should all be good to go for the start, with first-choice goalkeeper Danny Ward possibly taking his place between the sticks after observing his teammates Davies and King swapping at halftime against Gibraltar.
