Separated by just four points in Ligue 1 heading into Sunday's penultimate round of fixtures, an exciting fixture seems likely at Roazhon Park. Trailing Lens by four points, Rennes know only a win will do if they are to maintain their hopes of European qualification. 

The hosts enter this fixture on the back of a remarkable 5:4 loss against Brest in their last home fixture. Julien Stéphan´s side bounced back from that dramatic defeat with a 3:2 road win at Metz last weekend. 

An entertaining side, Les Rouges et Noirs have seen over 2.5 goals scored in four of their five most league matches and in six of their last seven home matches at Roazhon Park. 

Indeed, goals have been a regular theme at this venue this season. Rennes have seen a whopping 26 netted in their six most recent home contests. 

Lens comes into Sunday's Ligue 1 contest on the back of a 2:0 win against Lorient last week. Placed sixth in the division, the visitors currently occupy the final European qualification place. 

The away side have also seen plenty of goals in recent weeks - Lens have seen over 2.5 goals scored in each of their last five away fixtures. Five of their last six away fixtures also saw BTTS. 

Historically, this fixture has been a tight one with only one of their last nine meetings seeing over 2.5 goals scored. Yet, given their recent numbers, we should still be confident of seeing another action-packed Ligue 1 contest on Sunday.
