An intriguing clash takes place at Kenilworth Road as Luton Town and Brighton & Hove Albion, fresh from FA Cup success, clash in Premier League action on Tuesday.
Luton vs Brighton Betting Tips: BTTS / Over 2.5 Goals
Luton comes into Tuesday's EPL clash after securing a dramatic 2-1 win over Everton on Saturday, while Brighton were at their best as they hit Sheffield United for five with a 5:2 win at Bramall Lane.
Of course, Luton´s win should come as little surprise with the Hatters already winning at Goodison earlier this season, while generally impressing in a series of strong performances, particularly on home soil.
In their last six home matches, Luton have beaten Crystal Palace and Newcastle, held Liverpool to a draw while falling narrowly to one-goal defeats against Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea. Five of those six games saw BTTS and I expect a similar outcome this week.
Brighton are one of the most reliable sides in the both teams to score market, particularly on their travels. Roberto de Zerbi´s side have seen BTTS in 20 of their last 24 away EPL matches since October 2022.
The Seagulls emerged with a comfortable 4:1 win when these sides met on the south coast on the first day of the EPL season. However, Luton have certainly improved since that defeat and will feel confident they can land a bloody nose in Tuesday's likely entertaining contest.
I´m backing BTTS as my top pick, while we can also expect at least three, and potentially four or more goals scored. Brighton are favourites to win, but I'm putting my faith in goals at both ends at Kenilworth Road.
