Premier League leaders Liverpool will be out to boost their title hopes when they welcome Sheffield United to Anfield on Thursday night.

For the seventh time this season, Liverpool successfully came from behind to collect maximum points in a Premier League fixture as they beat Brighton & Hove Albion 2-1 at Anfield on Easter Sunday.

With nine games remaining in the Premier League season, Jurgen Klopp's men sit top of the table and hold the advantage in the enthralling three-way title race with Arsenal and Man City both within three points of the top of the table. 

The Reds have been in great form with just one loss in their last 22 Premier League games, and will be confident of success on Thursday against a Blades side seemingly doomed for the drop. Klopp´s side have won five of their last six at Anfield, with 18 goals netted in the process. 

Sheffield United arrive at Anfield seven points short of safety with only nine games left to play in the EPL season. The Blades are unbeaten in their last two matches but will have been hugely frustrated to only take a point in a 3:3 draw with Fulham last weekend. 

Success has been hard to come by at Anfield for the Blades who have lost 10 of their last 12 away league meetings with Liverpool and each of their six most recent contests.

On the road, Chris Wilder´s side have lost ten and won just one of 14 away EPL games this season and it's hard to see the visitors taking anything on Thursday.

Given Liverpool´s superb recent form, I'm taking the Reds to win with at least three team goals scored.
