Heracles won the second-division title last season and are battling to avoid returning instantly to Eerste Divisie. They are 14th with 23 points from 25 matches, only two points away from the relegation zone. The club even tried to make a positive boost by changing the coach before the New Year, but little to nothing has changed. They won only eight points in nine games under the new coach - 0.89 per game. 

Go Ahead Eagles' results have improved since returning to the Netherlands' top-flight division.
