Only eight games into the new season, Eliteserien champions Bodo/Glimt already find themselves at the top of the division with an impressive haul of 22 points collected.

Picking up seven wins and one draw, the visitors arrives in Hamar having won each of their last four league fixtures. The Norwegian champions bagged 14 goals in outstanding away victories against Fredrikstad, Lillestrom, Rosenborg and Kristiansund. 

Over the past year, Bodo won 14 and lost only three of 19 away league fixtures, and Kjell Knutsen´s side will certainly see this fixture as one they should be winning. 

HamKam comes into this contest boosted by a sensational 7:1 win at Sarpsborg last week. However, the hosts have struggled to find much form at Briskeby Arena this season. Jakob Michelsen´s men have picked up just one point from three games played on home soil this year, while they have won only two of their last ten home fixtures since August last year. 

Since HamKam´s return to the Norwegian top flight in 2022, Bodo have won three of five meetings against the home side, including 2:0 wins in both visits to this venue. 

With that in mind, I´m confidently backing the Norwegian champions to maintain their winning form on Monday.
