The knockout phase of the UEFA Women's Champions League continues in London this Wednesday as Chelsea hosts Ajax.

Chelsea will be confident of securing their place in the semi-finals of the UEFA Women's Champions League after claiming a commanding 3:0 first leg advantage in Amsterdam last week. Goals from Lauren James and Sjoeke Nüsken sealed a straight-forward win for the on-form Blues.
Since December, Emma Hayes side have bagged 16 wins from 17 matches with a home defeat the only blemish in an otherwise superb winning run.
At the Bridge, the Blues have a particularly strong record with a hugely impressive 19 wins picked up from their last 21 home games over the past ten months. Ten of their 11 most recent home victories also saw at least three goals scored.
Given Chelsea´s dominant record in London, it's hard to make much of a case for Ajax pulling off a big upset on Wednesday. The Dutch side have lost four of seven away previous UCL games since 2018 with at least three goals conceded in all four defeats.
While Chelsea already have one foot in the semi-finals, I expect the Blues to keep their foot on the gas and a dominant home win is expected. I´m backing Hayes side to win by at least two goals with an expectation that we should see at least three goal scored at the Bridge.
