With only three league rounds left and four top teams with only two points difference, the Danish Superliga could have the most interesting finish of the season of all Europe. FC Copenhagen and Midtjylland have 58 points each, followed by Nordsjaelland and Brondby with 56. Nordsjaelland and Brondby will meet on Wednesday and the loser of that match will probably lose all chances to lift the title at the end of the season. 

Brondby's crisis came at the worst possible moment. They have won only one of the last six matches. In the previous game, Brondby lost 3-1 at home against FC Copenhagen. Although they had ball possession on their side (69%), they finished the match with an xG of only 1.29, while guests had 3.32. Jasper Sorensen's team has to step up in the next few games to have any chance of winning another Superliga title. 

Brondby is struggling, while Nordsjaelland have found its best form since the Championship group started. Johannes Thorup's team has won six of the last seven matches. Last weekend, Nordsjaelland won 4-1 at home against Silkeborg. Guests took the early lead, but since then, the home side had complete control, so they secured a relatively easy win. Nordsjaelland's schedule is tough with games against Midtjylland and FC Copenhagen after a match versus Brondby, but if Nordjaelland continues to good form, they certainly have a good chance to win their second Superliga title in history.
