On Wednesday, the Coppa Italia final will be held at the Stadio Olimpico, with Atalanta and Juventus ready to face off for the title.

An on-form Atalanta look a strong favourite to claim a third Coppa Italia win since 2019 on Wednesday. Finding their best form at the right time of the season, La Dea also have a Europa League final against Leverkusen to come right this month.

La Dea come into the final having won six of their last seven matches, including a 2:1 win against Roma on Sunday. 

Strong in attack, Atalanta scored two goals or more in eight of their last ten matches. Gian Piero Gasperini´s side booked their place in the Coppa Italia final with an impressive 4:1 win against Fiorentina in the semi-finals. 

Contrastingly, Juventus come into Wednesday's final without a win in any of their last six matches. The Old Lady has won just three of 17 matches played since mid-January. 

Despite their indifferent run of form, Juve remain four points above Atalanta in Coppa Italia, albeit having played one game more. 

The men from Turin remain a tough side to beat despite their lack of recent victories. Juve have drawn eight of their last 14 matches while recent encounters between these sides have also been tight. Four of their last five encounters finished as draws.

Still, Atalanta seem to have found something close to their best form in recent weeks, and I'm confident La Dea can claim silverware on Wednesday. I'm backing Atalanta to lift the trophy in what is sure to be a competitive final in Rome.
