Having already lost touch with the top four, Roma will be looking to stay in the top six when they face Salernitana on Monday evening.
José Mourinho's side were last in action on Thursday night when they faced Leverkusen away in the second leg of their Europa League semi-final. A goalless draw was enough to see them into a second successive European final, but things are not going so well in Serie A. Roma have not won in their last five league games, failing to score in two of those matches. However, home fans will rely on the fact that their side has won all of their last three encounters with the Salernitana.
The visitors, on the other hand, beat Atalanta last weekend to end their run of three winless games in the league. Thanks to the three points, Paulo Sousa's men have moved three places clear of the relegation zone and another win would mean they will stay in Italy's top flight for another season. Unfortunately, their away record has not been particularly good lately: seven away games without a win.

Leonardo Spinazzola had to be substituted after just 34 minutes in the last goalless draw against Bayer Leverkusen and is therefore questionable for this game.
In addition to the 30-year-old, who could be replaced by Nicola Zalewski, head coach José Mourinho is expected to make other changes to the side that started that game.
