Following a midweek Europa League defeat in Germany, West Ham will be looking to bounce back to form when they host city rivals Fulham at the London Stadium. 

West Ham vs Fulham Betting Tips: BTTS / Over 2.5 Goals

Despite a brave effort in Germany, West Ham eventually fell to a 2:0 defeat against Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday, leaving the Hammers with it all to do in next week´s quarter-final second-leg.

Domestically, the Hammers have enjoyed another strong season and David Moyes´s side come into this fixture currently seventh in the Premier League, just one point behind sixth-placed Manchester United. 

However, the Hammers recent form has not been the best with only three wins picked up in their last 13 EPL matches played in 2024. Most recently, West Ham had failed to win four successive fixtures before a vital 2:1 win at Wolves last weekend.

While Moyes´s side have proven tough to beat at the London Stadium - the Hammers have lost only one of their last 11 home EPL games - West Ham have struggled for home clean sheets with none in their last six home fixtures. Five of those games saw BTTS with the only exception Arsenal´s remarkably dominant 6:0 victory last month.

Visiting Fulham make the short trip across London having struggled for form in the past month. The Cottagers have lost three and won just one of their last five EPL games played since the start of March. 

Oh the road, goals can usually be relied upon when Fulham are involved. Marco Silva´s side have seen over 2.5 goals scored in nine of their last ten away EPL games while each of their last five saw BTTS and over 2.5 goals scored. I expect a repeat of both outcomes this weekend.

The Hammers claimed a 3:1 victory when they last hosted Fulham in the EPL 18 months ago, and while I'm less confident of a repeat home win, I do expect to see BTTS and over 2.5 goals land at the London Stadium.
