Bayern´s long-reign as Bundesliga champions finally came to an end last weekend with Leverkusen claiming a first-ever title with five games to spare. 

While it has been a miserable domestic campaign by Bayern´s standards, the Bavarian giants could yet rescue their season after securing a place in the Champions League semi-finals on Wednesday. A 1:0 win against Arsenal secured a place in the final four against perennial champions Real Madrid.

Now back on domestic duty, it remains to be seen how motivated the visitors will be with UCL now firmly taking centre stage in the remainder of their season. Still, with Bayern only ahead of Stuttgart on goal difference, Thomas Tuchel´s side will surely be keen to maintain their winning ways this weekend. 

Hosts Union come into this fixture still fighting for their Bundesliga survival. The Berliners have lost their last two games while they have failed to score in their last three outings. However, they remain a decent outfit on home soil with five wins and just two defeats in their last nine league games at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei.

A tough match to call with Bayern´s inconsistent form making the visitors tough to back.
