An end-of-season affair where both squads may already have one eye on the beach, this contest could go one of two ways - a high-scoring, free-from-pressure, entertaining battle or something a little less dramatic. With both safe from relegation but unable to finish in the European places, you would hope both teams will let the handbrake off with defensive tactics unlikely to be deployed.

Certainly, Sassuolo has often proven a great choice for goal chasers, with four of their last six at home seeing both teams score. Sassuolo are actually unbeaten in those six games. However, the home side remains five points and four places behind an impressive Monza, who have enjoyed a fantastic debut season in Serie A. 

Losing just one of their last 11 Serie A games, Monza have proven a particularly tough nut to crack on their travels. Raffaele Palladino´s side have lost only one of their last ten and none of their last five. Three of their last five away games saw both scoring, while Monza have only failed to score in one of their last ten road matches.

Sassuolo claimed a 1:1 draw when these sides met earlier in the season, and a similar outcome seems likely with both teams performing well in recent weeks.

Considering both teams' security and their excellent recent form, we´re optimistic that this fixture could prove an entertaining one, with both sides very much capable of getting on the scoresheet. With that in mind, we´ll take a chance on BTTS with a high-scoring share of the spoils not to be discounted.
