Serbia back to the World Cup for the first time after 8 years and they are highly motivated for the major tournament. They like to play creative in attack and have a team with lots of quality, but looks like they are not strong in defending to reach Round of 16. Here’s everything you need to know about the team:

Serbia have played very well in their qualification campaign and they are highly motivated to go through and reach Round of 16. But they have several unbelievable decisions before the biggest tournament this summer. They fired Slavoljub Muslin, a coach who led them to the World Cup and also change a captain of the team. They do that after finishing qualification campaign in Group D on the first place ahead of Ireland, Wales, Austria, Georgia and Moldova.

Serbia Prediction and Expectations on World Cup 2018

Serbia have never managed to get beyond the group stage under this name and it will be another one hard job on the major tournament. They have a lot of players with plenty of talent and their main objective for each game in group phase will be to score a goal more. So we expect lots of corners on their matches. They ambitions for the World Cup 2018 are to beat Costa Rica and Switzerland, but looks like they are not in fantastic run to do that. So we expect a true football battle in the first round against Costa Rica and it will be a must win game for them.
