Hungary will be looking for their fourth win in Group G of the 2024 EURO qualifiers when they make the trip to Serbia this week to face the Eagles.
Serbia made a perfect start to their qualifying campaign for EURO 2024 not only winning their first two matches but also keeping a clean sheet in both. This flying start was expected to continue when they faced Bulgaria away in June. That match ended in a draw but Dragan Stojković's men will enter Thursday's game as favorites for the three poins. This is because they have been very good at home lately (three wins in the last three competitive home matches).
Hungary, meanwhile, started their EURO 2024 qualifying campaign with a 3-0 win over Bulgaria. The tricolour couldn't quite match that performance in their second game, but they got back on track with victory against Lithuania in their last match. As a result, they are at the top of the group but are separated from Serbia only by goal difference.
Serbia vs Hungary Betting Tips: Under 2.5 goals
Serbia were expected to sit up after the disastrous display at the World Cup where they conceded eight goals in just three games. Dragan Stojković seems to have fixed that problem, as his team has conceded less than 1.5 goals in all three European Championship qualifiers so far. All three games ended with less than 2.5 goals.
Hungary are top of Group G for a reason. Together with France and Portugal, Trikolór are one of the three sides who have yet to concede a goal in this competition. The last two matches of Marco Rossi's side both ended with less than 2.5 goals.
- Best Tip: Under 2.5 goals

Serbia team news
Serbia will have to do without RB Salzburg striker Petar Ratkov and Porto midfielder Marko Grujic due to a thigh and muscle injury respectively.
Aleksandar Mitrović is the team's talisman and the Al-Hilal man is expected to lead the line on Thursday.
He has scored four goals in just three games Saudi Pro League games, so it won't be a surprise if the former Fulham man scores on Thursday.
