Antwerp can maintain their CL qualification hopes when they tackle Standard Liege at the Bosuilstadion in the FDA.

Placed third in the division through 21 matches, while Antwerp are just four points behind second-placed USG, they are unlikely to catch leaders Genk, who remain 13 points ahead of today´s hosts. However having lost to USG a fortnight ago, a vital win against KV Ostende last time out ensured the home side remain very much in the fight for a top-two finish.

Standard Liege arrives in Deurne sitting sixth in the division, but just one point short fourth placed Brugge.

However, Standard have struggled for wins since November, with last weekend´s victory against Mechelen their first FDA success in six matches. Conversely, having drawn the previous three, the visitors now find themselves four matches unbeaten as they look to push on in their bid for a Europa League spot. 

Still, a trip to Deurne represents a stiff examination of their credentials, with the home side winning eight and losing just one of ten home FDA games this season. On their travels, Standard have won just one of their last five and will need a big improvement in performance to return to Liege with a positive result.

Indeed, Antwerp have been a real force at home - winning by two goals or more - in six of their last seven at Bosuilstadion, while they also claimed a dominant 4:0 win when hosting Standard in the Belgian Cup just over a month ago.

A historically entertaining fixture, 19 goals have been scored in their four most recent meetings, while eight of their last 11 matchups also saw over 2.5 goals scored. 

Ultimately, while we do expect another high-scoring contest, Antwerp´s home form makes them a solid choice in the WDW market, while the hosts should be able to score at least a couple - a feat they have achieved in seven of their last nine home FDA games.
