Certainly, while the Italians have earned their status as favourites, Arne Slot´s side have shown their quality this season, eliminating Partizan, Slavia and Marseille en route to Wednesday´s final while they remain unbeaten in each of their last 12 ECL matches.

Roma, for their part, overcame the challenge of Vitesse, Bodo/Glimt and Leicester to reach their first European final since 1991 and under the wily old fox Mourinho, have to be fancied to win their first piece of silverware under the experienced Portuguese boss.

Still, much like last week´s Europa League final, we expect another tense and potentially tight occasion with extra time and penalties potentially required to settle the score and while we do give the edge to Roma, Feyenoord have shown plenty of grit as well as quality to reach this final and another compelling and close contest should be anticipated.

As such, we´ll take a chance on this one going the distance and while we expect the Romans to eventually come out on top, Feyenoord are sure to make this a potentially long night in Tirana.
