After winning three games in a row, Real Betis are now 5th. The Champions League participation is only two points away for now, and even though there is a lot of football to be played this season, they are in a good position.

Real Betis have had an easy schedule lately and took advantage of it by winning the last three games against the teams from the bottom of the league's table - Almeria, Elche, and Valladolid. Even though they scored six goals in that stretch, they did not shine on the defensive end.

Real Madrid restarted the season superbly after winning the Club's World Cup. They have won against Elce and Osasuna in the league and 5:2 against Liverpool in the Champions League. But since then, they drew with Atletico Madrid in La Liga and lost to Barcelona in the first leg of the Cup semi-finals.

The Real Madrid team will be eager to bounce back with a victory, and as they are currently seven points behind Barcelona, they will need all three points. They were lucky to see Barcelona lose to Almeria in the last round, so their title chances are still alive.

Real Madrid are the best offensive team in the league, with 47 goals scored. They seem to score more easily on the road, probably because the teams are more open to attack them. In 16 road games this season in all competitions, they failed to score in just one of them.
