Lithuania will be able to call on their captain Fedor Cernych, who missed the 2-0 defeat to Hungary in June due to injury.
Head coach Edgaras Jankauskas, however, will still have to do without Justas Lasickas, who is serving the second of his three-match suspension for the red card in the 17th minute against the Bulgarians.
