In previous years, Fulham acquired the epithet of a "yo-yo club" that drops out of the Premier League and quickly returns to it. Last season, they secured promotion in the elite division of island football in a very convincing way with 90 wins and even 104 goals scored in the Championship. However, "The Cottagers" seem to have decided that the return to the Premier League will last more than one season this time. They are the absolute "hit" of the championship this season and will not only ensure survival, but are well on their way to finish in the top five and reserve one of the European competitions.
Meanwhile, Tottenham is regularly among the top six English clubs, but the impression is that they do not have enough quality to be at the very top of the table, which is best shown by the data that they won the last Premier League title in the last century, the long-ago season of 1960/61. By all accounts, this season for "Spurs" will be worse compared to the previous one, since slowly but surely with their bad games they are losing a step behind the leading. The goal of the London club is to take one of the places that leads in the UEFA Champions League, but at the moment they have 5 points less (plus a match more) behind the fourth-placed Newcastle
Fulham vs Tottenham Betting Tips: BTTS
The tradition of mutual clashes favors Tottenham, who emerged as winners eight times out of the previous nine duels. One of those triumphs happened in the sixth round of this season when Spurs celebrated 2-1 at home.
At the same time, it should be noted that the recent meetings of these teams were quite effective, seeing goals in both nets in 4 of the last 5 clashes. We hope that sparks will fly everywhere in the London derby this time as well.
Since the club season continued after the World Cup, Fulham's players are playing phenomenally, which is confirmed by their impressive form. They have won five of their six games, including a 2-0 triumph over Hull in the FA Cup. Last weekend, in a bizarre way, they left without points, losing to Newcastle (0-1), but they should not be blamed.
The great thing for Fulham is that their attacking line, led by Aleksandar Mitrovic, is in extreme mood. They have scored 32 goals so far and have not found the net in only three games this season. However, the defensive segment of the game is a weaker side for them, considering that they conceded 29 goals, which makes them one of the weakest defenses in the league.
Meanwhile, Tottenham seem sleepy, losing points even against much weaker teams than them, and even worse is that they are not in competition for the title for a long time. Their crisis is best illustrated by last week's loss against Manchester City, when they had a stable 2-0 at halftime, and then in the second part they experienced a debacle and a convincing defeat (2-4).
It was, in fact, the third defeat for Antonio Conte's boys in the previous four games. Desperate and wobbly defense is the main culprit of Spurs' poor results. Only once in the last 11 Premier League games have they save the net intact. Believe it or not, the defeat against "The Citizens" was the eighth match out of the last nine in which Tottenham conceded two or more goals! Disastrous performance!
Despite those defensive problems, Tottenham are an extremely potent team in an attacking sense. Only Arsenal (42) and Manchester City (50) are better scorers than them this season. The Lilywhites, in fact, found the back of the net in all but one of their 10 away games this season, so they will no doubt stick to their attacking style again.
The Cottagers have finished with at least three goals in 16 out of 20 games played, and when we add to that that with an average of 3.1 goals per game they are by far the most efficient team in the Premier League, it is clear that goals are our first association. Both teams have shown undeniable attacking quality throughout, but they also lack consistency at the back. Given that both teams will go in search of three points, we are confident that we will get an open and entertaining game in which goals in both nets should not be missing.

Tottenham Team News
Bryan Gill missed the previous Premier League game with Manchester City due to a knock in training, so his participation on Monday remains unknown for now, but he should appear at least on the bench.
Lucas Moura is still struggling with a tendon problem. He is out of the field for a month and it is still not known when the Brazilian could return to the team. His countryman Richarlison has recovered.
