Interestingly, one of Everton's hurdles on their way to last year's quarterfinals was indeed Doncaster Rovers, whom they defeated with a narrow 2-1 scoreline after coming from behind, and a determined Dyche-led squad will look to assert their authority for the second consecutive year and lift their spirits.
