Belgium's football team fulfilled its primary goal for 2023 when it secured qualification for EURO 2023. Belgium are 1st in the group with 17 points from seven matches. They will close qualifications against Azerbaijan next weekend, but even if they lose there, Belgium will play in Germany next year. Domenico Tedesco's team are without a loss in the last nine matches. In the previous game, Belgium played 1-1 at home against Sweden. Serbia are also close to fulfilling its EURO 2024 goals. With one game more to play in November, Serbia are 2nd in the group with 13 points. They are five points ahead of Montenegro, so Dragan Stojkovic's team needs only one point in the last round against Bulgaria to qualify for Germany. Serbia won two of the last three matches. In the previous game, they won 3-1 at home against Montenegro. Serbia dominated in that match, especially in the second half and secured a big win.

Belgium scored nine goals in the last three matches. We have to say again that Belgium played only five halves in those three games, so the number of goals could be even higher. On the other hand, Serbia went over 2.5 goals in every one of the previous four games. Over 2.5 goals should be the best bet for this tie.
