La Liga leaders Barcelona will welcome 15th-placed Getafe to Camp Nou as the Spanish top flight enters its 17th game week on the weekend. The Catalans hold a three-point lead over leaders Real Madrid, who also lost to them in the Supercopa de Espana earlier last week. But, Xavi's men have not lost at Camp Nou since the season began with the only overall defeat being at the Santiago Bernabeu against Madrid. Interestingly, the hosts have conceded just once in eight games at Camp Nou in this 2022-23 season, which is a new record in itself at this stage. Talking about Getafe, the bottom-half team has not had it quite well this year with more goals conceded than scored as well as their record of 13 failures to win all three points from 17 attempts in La Liga. This is Barcelona's game to lose surely, with the margin the only suspense.
Barcelona vs Getafe Betting Pick #1: Under 2.5 goals
Barcelona have seven clean sheets from eight games at the Nou Camp this season. But more importantly, the Catalans are missing the services of Robert Lewandowski and Ferran Torres making their attacking lineup a bit thinner than it usually is. Considering that they will keep a clean sheet in this game and do not have the supply of goals they usually have (in the form of Lewandowski), we expect Xavi and his men to get a narrow but dominating win on Sunday, with less than three goals being scored in totality.

There is no chance that Getafe who have failed to win six of their eight away games will miraculously turn up against the mighty Barcelona who has not lost at this venue since August. Moreover, with six wins on the trot, a Barcelona win is a given. Further, we do not believe that it will be Getafe who will break Xavi's successful record of just one goal conceded at the Nou Camp this 2022-23 and so, a clean sheet is expected by the side from Catalonia too.

Robert Lewandowski and Ferran Torres will both be suspended from this tie as they serve their time for violations incurred in the recent game weeks.
