London will "burn"! This will be the 238th meeting of one of England's biggest rivals.
Arsenal is well on its way to finally, after 19 long years (they won the last title in the long-ago season 2003/2004), end the drought called "Premier League" and become the champion of England. Mikel Arteta's team are "mastering" in the domestic championship this season, they are almost infallible, and what pleases the fans and everyone in the club the most is that the advantage over the current champion of England, the Manchester City team, is five points, but with one match less.
Everything indicates that Manchester United is slowly, but surely, stepping towards the paths of old glory from the time of the legendary Scot, Sir Alex Ferguson. United have changed coaches like "socks" in recent years, but it seems that the right one has finally arrived. After a turbulent start to the season, Erik ten Haag managed to "put the pieces together" and create cohesion and stability in a team that works flawlessly well lately. The impressive results allowed United to become Arsenal's biggest competitor for the title, and with a victory on Sunday, they would come to minus five, with a match more.
Arsenal vs Manchester United Betting Tips: Team1 to Win
On Sunday, Arsenal and United will "cross their spears" for the 238th time in history. Tradition shows that Manchester is more successful with 98 "achieved" victories, the club from London managed to "celebrate" in 86 matches, while the other 53 ended without a winner.
These two teams have already played one derby this season, early in September (9th round), and that duel belonged to Manchester United, who routinely outplayed their angry rival, with a result of 3-1 at the "Theater of Dreams".
This is, in fact, the only failure that Arsenal players have experienced in the current season. Namely, Mikel Arteta's pullen are in phenomenal form since then, where they managed to collect as many as 32 out of a potential 36 points.
The Gunners, aware of what opportunity was provided to them, are shooting at everyone, and their previous "victim" was the local rival, the Tottenham team, whom they routinely defeated (2-0) away. After that triumph, the sixth from the previous seven Premier League games, there is no doubt that they left their rivals in the race for the title in the dust.
True, United now provides much better away parties than last season, but the impression is that the away performance is still not at an enviable level. For two reasons. First, Manchester took the ball out of their net as many as 17 times in 10 games so far. Secondly, their triumphs this season look sloppy, which is also confirmed by the fact that they achieved all five away victories with a minimal result.
The Red Devils play perfectly after the World Cup break. However, their winning streak (nine consecutive triumphs in all competitions) was put to an end. Namely, United did not manage to make a good overture before perhaps the most important match of the season, as they drew with Crystal Palace (1-1), conceding a goal in the very finish.
Arsenal look unstoppable at their "Emirates Stadium". They have serious offensive potential, where they score almost three goals per game. When we add to that that United will be weakened by not playing some of the key figures, then it is clear to you why The Gunners are much closer to victory in this derby.

Arsenal Team News
Coach Mikel Arteta won't have big personnel problems against United. Attacking duo Reiss Nelson and Gabriel Jesus will be, in fact, the only absentees from the home team due to thigh and knee injuries.
The Egyptian, Mohamed Elneny, missed the previous game with Tottenham for unknown reasons. For the most part, the standard XI is expected, including Eddie Nketiah who will replace Gabriel Jesus.
